Can I exchange items purchased online in-store?

Sure thing! Drop us an email at info@thewildwithin.tv and we will sort you out as soon as possible.


How long does delivery typically take?

We use a local courier service, A common timeframe is 2 days if ordered on a weekday. If you order on a weekend we ship out on a Monday morning when we are back out of the mountains.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes we would love to - drop us a mail at info@thewildwithin.tv and we can arrange the shipping.


How do I care for my activewear?

Wash on a cold, gentle cycle and turn garments inside out. Use mild detergent and avoid fabric softener, bleach, and harsh stain removers. Line dry or lay flat, skipping the tumble dryer, and do not iron or dry clean. This helps your gear keep its shape, stretch, and colour for longer.

Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please email us at info@thewildwithin.tv within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original packaging, clean, unwashed, unworn and unused, with all tags attached. The Wild Within reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

You’ll be credited with the ZAR value of the returned item in the form of a Wild Within voucher.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer one free exchange per online order. After that, shipping is charged at R100 one way. Free exchanges are only valid for online orders. We cannot guarantee exchanges for limited edition items if your size is out of stock.

Once you email us:

  1. We’ll confirm your return or exchange and arrange a courier collection.
  2. Our couriers will collect from your address (we can book a day, not a specific time).
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item (1–4 business days), we’ll either ship your exchange to the same address as your original order, or refund you via EFT.
